Caffein brandbook development
“Caffein” is the largest Ukrainian supplier of high-quality coffee. The company not only sells coffee beans, but provides rental services for coffee machines, individual roasting of coffee beans for different companies and barista training courses. “Caffein” also has its own unique way of roasting coffee beans using special air technology.
WHAT’S UNIQUE IN “CAFFEIN’S” DESIGN?
My main goal while working on a logo was to avoid all the “coffee” cliches. Therefore, I did not take any typical symbol with the image of coffee beans, cups, cezves, etc. As a result, logo combines a part of the company name and a symbolic “smile”. It was a good challenge to create a recognizable style for “Caffein”, but it worked: clear graphic lines, the classic combination of black &white &red colors, slightly touched with some beige, just like sweet latte foam.
WHAT HAVE I CREATED FOR “CAFFEIN”?
- One logo for the company and another logo for the barista school “Caffein School”.
- A common brand book for these two brands — “Caffein” and “Caffein School”.

- The textbook “The Barista’s Book”.
- The design of the company's branded products: cups, disposable coffee cups, pens, letterheads, certificates, business cards, company’s presentation and more.
- The design of 3 landings: for each of the key areas of the company’s activities.
- The design of corporate identity for social networks and posts.
The corporate identity concept for “Caffein” is bright, strong and dynamic, just like the rich taste and aroma of a special coffee blend.
The letterhead for “Caffein” is very concise, but at the same time it perfectly conveys the energetic, modern company’s style.
It is important for “Caffein” to create the best first impression on clients, partners and students of the Barista School. Therefore, not only the design of the letterhead, but also business cards, certificates, commercial offers were designed. After all, they help to show the company’s concept, values and goals at a glimpse. An energetic, strong design with many bright geometric elements helps to create the right first impression. The designs for “Caffein” and “Caffein School” were developed in the same color.
